All services are delivered as per the agreed proposal or contract.

2. Use of Website

• Not misuse, hack, or disrupt the website
• Not copy or reuse any content without permission
• Provide accurate and genuine information

3. Payment Terms

• All services are provided on an advance payment basis unless agreed otherwise
• A minimum of 50% advance payment is required
• Remaining payment must be cleared as per the agreement
• All payments are non-refundable once work has started
• Delay in payment may result in service suspension

4. Advertising Policy

• Advertising budgets (Meta Ads, Google Ads) are separate from service charges
• Clients are responsible for their advertising spend
• We are not responsible for changes in platform policies or ad performance

5. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee specific results such as:

• Leads or conversions
• Sales or revenue
• Search engine rankings

Performance depends on market trends, competition, and platform algorithms.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Provide necessary access to accounts and platforms
• Share accurate business information
• Approve content and campaigns in a timely manner

7. Intellectual Property

All content created by us remains our property until full payment is received. Ownership may be transferred after full payment, unless otherwise agreed.

8. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and ensure that all business information shared with us remains secure and confidential.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Any business loss or damage
• Ad account suspension or platform-related issues
• Third-party service failures

10. Termination

• Terms are violated
• Payments are delayed
• Illegal or unethical activities are involved
